Our e-billing service combines your tax and utility accounts in one convenient location. Follow the steps below to sign up for an account. |

| Open the e-billing portal |
| Register for e-billing |
| Click "Register Now" |
| Complete the form |
| Use your most recent Kitchener Utilities bill or City of Kitchener property tax bill. |
| Read and accept the terms and conditions |
| Then, click "submit". |
| Verify your account |
| Check your email for a system email from the e-billing portal. It will have a link you need to click to verify your account. |
| Enter your username and password |
| Confirm your accounts for e-billing to complete your registration. |
