COVID-19 updates
Community centres to begin reopening on Monday, Feb. 22
Effective Tuesday, Feb. 16 at 12:01 a.m., Kitchener and all of Waterloo Region will move to the Red-Control level of the Province’s COVID-19 response framework.
Some community centres will continue to remain open for emergency social services such as food distribution, warming centres, addiction support and public access computers. Community centres will begin reopening for some programs and services on February 22.
Visitors must continue to register through ActiveNet for all programs. All visitors and staff will be screened for COVID-19 symptoms.

There are two gender-neutral washrooms off the lobby of Williamsburg Community Centre. Both washrooms are accessible and have change tables.
Computers and Wi-Fi
Public access computers are not available at this time. Please subscribe to this page to get an email when we post an update.
Use your own phone, tablet or computer with our free Wi-Fi. Choose the “Kitchener Public WiFi” network and follow the instructions that show up.
