About the program

We offer this program in partnership and with funding provided through Ontario Health. Our goal is to give local seniors another way to meet and socialize with others in their age group and try new things.

Activities

Each day, participants enjoy:

  • social activities
  • activities like art, cards, and games
  • gentle chair exercises
  • a nutritious hot meal

We sometimes offer musical entertainment, speakers and discussion groups.

In some cases, our program offers caregivers respite support, while giving seniors a pathway to other community services and programs.

Transportation

If you need transportation to and from the senior day program, please contact MobilityPLUS.

Referrals

Local seniors must be referred into our program through Ontario Health at Home.
