Register

Send us an email or call 519-741-2916 to register for Connected @ Home. Registration is free.

Activity kits

After registering for Connected @ Home, you'll get a free program starter kit with everything you need to participate in the activities within seven business days of registering. Then every three months, you'll get deliveries with new activities. All activity kits are free of charge.

To support social connections, we encourage you to join weekly teleconferences or Zoom programs to participate in group activities such as BINGO, guest speakers, trivia games or discussions.

Home telephone programs

Join us Monday through Friday for a free interactive telephone-based program from the comfort of your home. Themes include fun activities, health and wellness topics and more.

Each month, we'll add new calendar events to highlight the upcoming days of activities. Please sign up for sessions through our events calendar.

Social support calls

We're supporting Kitchener seniors who may be feeling isolated or just want to talk through regular social and wellbeing support calls.

If you know a senior who would benefit from this service, please have them call 519-741-2916 (TTY: 1-866-969-9994) to register. Referrals from friends, family and community agencies are also accepted if the senior has given permission to share their contact information and has agreed to receive reassurance calls from the City of Kitchener.
