2021 State of the City

Thank you Kitchener! Not your typical State of the City

Mayor Vrbanovic’s 2021 State of the City address turned the spotlight around to focus on YOU: the people, partners and everyday heroes who have pulled us together as a city and a community since the COVID-19 emergency declarations last March 25.

Thank you for everyone who joined us for a celebration of the people who have kept us connected, hopeful, and resilient during a year of unprecedented challenge and change. Thanks to our event partners, Kitchener-Waterloo Community Foundation & Greater KW Chamber of Commerce.
