Entertainment and activities

Get ready to turn up the volume—Endless Summer 2026 brings an all-Canadian lineup to Kitchener, featuring three standout acts who are shaping the sound of today’s music scene. From global indie sensations to hometown pride, this year’s performers celebrate both the richness of Canada’s music landscape and the creative energy that resonates right here in Waterloo Region.

Mother Mother

One of Canada’s most recognizable indie rock bands, Mother Mother takes the stage as this year’s headliner. Formed in British Columbia, the group has earned international acclaim for their bold sound, haunting harmonies and deeply expressive songwriting. With chart-topping hits and a devoted global fanbase, Mother Mother continues to push boundaries while staying rooted in their Canadian identity. Their dynamic live performances are nothing short of electric—making their Endless Summer appearance a must-see moment for fans across Kitchener-Waterloo and beyond.

Boy Golden

Bringing a warm, soulful blend of folk, rock and prairie spirit, Boy Golden delivers a uniquely Canadian sound shaped by his Winnipeg roots. Known for heartfelt storytelling and laid-back melodies, Boy Golden’s music captures the feeling of long summer evenings—perfectly suited to our outdoor festival atmosphere. His rise within Canada’s indie music scene has made him a standout voice of a new generation.

Valley

With their infectious pop sound and energetic performances, Valley rounds out the lineup with a distinctly Ontario connection. Originally from the Greater Toronto Area, Valley has quickly become one of Canada’s most exciting pop acts, gaining international recognition while staying grounded in their local roots. Their return to Southwestern Ontario is sure to feel like a homecoming for fans in the region.
