Kitchener council celebrates Oktoberfest downtown with council’s Grillefest. Councillors and city staff will serve you a traditional sausage on a bun, with all proceeds going to support the Food Bank of Waterloo Region.

Lunch
Piller’s Fine Foods and Chef D will cook up some traditional sausage for Councillors and volunteers to serve on a fresh bun provided by local bakery, Grainharvest Breadhouse. Cold drinks and cookies, provided by Zehrs Stanley Park and Costco, will accompany this meal, all for a minimum donation of $5.
All proceeds will go to the Food Bank of Waterloo Region. We will be collecting dry and canned food donations at Grillefest.
Piller's sausages are gluten free.
There will be a limited supply of veggie dogs available.
