Rentals

You can rent space at City Hall for meetings or events. Room rates are per hour and include HST. Capacities include chairs only. If tables are required, the capacity will be less.

Carl Zehr Square

  • level 1 – up to 100 in attendance - $215.04 per hour, including HST
  • level 2 – up to 200 in attendance - $322.23 per hour, including HST
  • level 3 – up to 300 in attendance - $426.78 per hour, including HST
  • level 4 – 301 or more in attendance - $539.28 per hour, including HST

City Hall Rotunda

  • capacity: 180 people seated with tables; 220 people standing room
  • level 1 – up to 100 in attendance - $422.08 per hour, including HST
  • level 2 – up to 200 in attendance - $537.91 per hour, including HST
  • level 3 – up to 220 in attendance - $636.43 per hour, including HST

  • Conestoga Room – seating capacity 76 people
    • $91.19 for 3 hours, including HST and staffing
    • $24.66 each additional hour and staffing

Note that when booked after business hours a 3-hour minimum rental is required and additional staff charges will apply.
