Rentals

You can rent space at City Hall for meetings or events. Room rates are per hour and include HST. Capacities include chairs only. If tables are required, the capacity will be less.

City Hall meeting rooms

  • Council Chambers – seating capacity 150 people
    • $273.65 for 3 hours, including HST
    • $65.49 each additional hour
    • $387.42 for 3 hours, AV equipment and staffing
    • $108.77 each additional hour including AV equipment and staffing
    Schmalz Room – seating capacity 16 people
    • $87.09 for 3 hours, including HST and staffing
    • $29.50 each additional hour and staffing

Note that when booked after business hours a 3-hour minimum rental is required and additional staff charges will apply.

Depending on the nature of your event other rental costs can include:

  • Resound and SOCAN fees
  • insurance
  • licensing
