Integrity commissioner

If a formal complaint is lodged against any member of city council, a local board or advisory committee under the city's code of conduct, our integrity commissioner - ADR Chambers Inc. - investigates.

Appointed under the authority of the Municipal Act, ADR Chambers Inc. is widely known for providing investigation and alternative dispute resolution services since 1994, with specific focus on Ontario municipalities since 2011.

The business's team of legal practitioners has years of combined experience practising law, providing mediation and arbitration services, and conducting code of conduct investigations.

Members of ADR Chambers also write for legal publications, provide mediation coaching to other legal professionals, speak at conferences on legal matters, serve on professional associations and volunteer in their communities.
