Any personal information you provide when reporting a problem to us is collected under the authority of the Municipal Act s.11(1), and will be used to respond to and/or follow-up with you regarding the problem reported. This information can differ from your MyKitchener profile (e.g., if you wish to be contacted at a different phone number for this problem) and it will not update your MyKitchener profile. If you call the City for an update, your MyKitchener profile information will be required.
