Gift/benefit disclosures

The City’s Code of Conduct requires members of Council to file a gift/benefit disclosure statement with the Office of the City Clerk if:

  • a gift or benefit received exceeds $100
  • the total value received from any one source over any 12 month period exceeds $300

The member of Council shall file a disclosure statement within 30 days of receipt of the gift or reaching the annual limit.
