Kitchener Youth Crew

The Kitchener Youth Crew gives kids aged 12 to 17 a chance to help out at youth drop-in programs at their local community centre. It’s a great way to earn volunteer hours, meet other youth and improve your community.

How the crew helps

Youth Crew members help our youth drop-in programs by:

• helping with set-up and clean-up
• leading sports and other activities
• helping program participants resolve issues and conflicts
• mentoring younger volunteers and program participants

Join the crew

Joining the crew is a great way to:

• earn volunteer hours
• meet people from across the city
• build leadership and employment skills
• earn a great reference
• use your time to benefit others
