How to request inclusion support
We will work with you to find the best accommodation, through these methods:
- program adaptations
- 1:1 support
- other means of assistance
We also welcome support through:
- personal support workers
- our personal attendant for leisure (PAL) program

Login to ActiveNet
Open ActiveNet in your browser, then sign in.
Search for the support program you want to register for
You can search for the word “inclusion” to help find the correct program. Select and register for the corresponding Inclusion 1:1 Support Program in the same manner you did to register for a program. ActiveNet will not let you proceed with registering for support if you do not have an Inclusion Membership already.
Register for both programs
Register for both the base program and the inclusion program. If either program is full, join the waitlist.
