About Textnet

With Textnet, you can use your TTY communication device to convert the communication with our staff to a pop-up text message on your computer screen. This creates an online conversation with staff.

Several staff members are trained to use Textnet technology. Incoming calls can be easily redirected to our internal users. If needed, we can use conference calling to communicate with multiple people at once.
