MyKitchener: How to change or reset your password

Reset your password

1. On the MyKitchener login screen, click "Forgot username or password"
2. Enter the email address you used to create your MyKitchener account
3. Click "Send"
4. Check your email for a password reset link
• If you don't see the email, please check your junk or spam folder.

Change your password

1. Log into MyKitchener
2. Click on the profile icon (top right corner)
3. Click "Account"
4. Under the "Your information" tab, click "Change password"
5. Enter your current password, then enter and confirm your new password
   • Your password must be 12 characters long and include three of the following elements: lowercase letter, uppercase letter, number and special character.
6. Click "Save"
7. Use the new password the next time you log into MyKitchener.
