Outdoor Amenities
RBJ Schlegel Park is a destination for outdoor sport, recreation and community. Featuring soccer fields, a cricket pitch, tennis and pickleball courts, basketball courts, a playground, a splash pad, outdoor fitness equipment and open gathering spaces, the park offers a wide range of experiences for people of all ages and abilities while complementing the indoor amenities of Cowan Recreation Centre.
Synthetic Turf Soccer Fields
The Schlegel Villages Field and Schlegel Urban Developments Field are full-size synthetic turf soccer fields designed for league play, tournaments, training, community programs, and rentals. Both fields support 11v11 play and provide a high-quality outdoor playing experience throughout the season.

Natural Grass Soccer Fields
The Schlegel-Homewood Health Fields are natural grass soccer fields at RBJ Schlegel Park and provide outdoor playing space for league play, training, tournaments, community programming and rentals.

The park features an adaptively reused 19th century heritage farmhouse that was relocated and restored to use for washrooms and changerooms that are open throughout the spring and summer.
