Infrastructure Services leads the quality and efficient delivery of Kitchener services such as buildings, roads, trails, parks, water mains, sewers, natural gas distribution systems and vehicles.

Divisions: roads, parks and trail maintenance, parks and trails design and development, gas and water utilities, fleet maintenance, sanitary and stormwater engineering and operations, custodial services and facility maintenance, security, energy management
