The City of Kitchener is asking – how can everyone benefit from the changes unfolding in our community over the next 25 years? New online engagement activities that ask that question will run until the end of October, and everyone who lives, works or plays in Kitchener is encouraged to provide their feedback. Your input from these activities will help guide the future of our community as the City of Kitchener develops its new Official Plan, Kitchener 2051.

These online activities start the conversation about our growing and changing community that will continue over the coming months. Whether you prefer to complete a survey, map out where and how you think the city should grow, make a climate pledge or share your vision for Kitchener – there’s a way for everyone to get involved! Your feedback will be used to develop Kitchener 2051, alongside extensive technical studies and research by city staff.

The online activities only take five to ten minutes to complete, and you don’t need to create an account to complete them. On the Engage page, you can also register for updates on the project’s progress and learn about further opportunities to get involved.
