Vendor, exhibitor and activity applications open for City of Kitchener summer events season
Each summer, the City of Kitchener hosts a fun-filled season of events that brings 350,000 people together for free concerts, festivals, car shows and more. These events showcase some of the incredible talent in Kitchener along with local restaurants, businesses and entertainers.
The City is now accepting applications from classic car owners, businesses and entertainers who are interested in showcasing their work at one of the City’s summer events. All applications are being accepted through the City’s online forms at the links below:

Join Cruising on King, Canada Day, Wayback Festival, KidsPark or Endless Summer as a food or merchandise vendor. With tens of thousands of attendees enjoying these events every year, this is a unique opportunity for local businesses to showcase their products. Apply online throughout the summer.

Exhibit your pre-1986 vehicle at Cruising on King (July 10). Filling King Street with over half a kilometre of parked cars, live music and family-friendly entertainment, this is a long-standing favourite of classic car lovers in the region. Apply online by Friday, May 22.

Help create a day filled with family fun as an activity exhibitor at KidsPark (August 16). Welcoming over 15,000 attendees, KidsPark offers free activities for kids of all ages. Apply online by Friday, June 26.
