The City of Kitchener e-billing service combines your tax and utility accounts in one convenient location. Access the self-service portal to view and pay your bills, track utility consumption, request customer service support and much more.

More than 50% of Kitchener homes are signed up for tax and utility e-billing. To celebrate this and encourage even more users to sign up, we’re holding a contest! Every new e-billing user between now and Oct. 18 will be entered in a weekly draw for a $200 utility bill credit! Already an e-billing user? Don’t worry, you’ll be entered into a draw at the end of the year for a $200 credit.

Have your most recent City of Kitchener property tax or Kitchener Utilities bill ready. You will need your bill ID, found in the top right corner of your bill, and your bill issue date.
