Kitchener's ‘Young Art’ showcases youth talent

Where music, visual art and youth come together in one place, Young Art is an annual event that celebrates and showcases the works of our city's most talented young artists ages 10 to 18.

Join these amazing youth and community leaders for Young Art 2026 next Thursday, May 21, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Kitchener City Hall (200 King St. W.) for an evening of inspiration and entertainment featuring art, drama, live music, photography and workshops designed to bring out your inner artist. Admission is free.

Art opportunities help youth boost their creativity, enhance emotional and social skills, support academic success, promote mental health, and foster a sense of community. Artistic expression helps youth grow into creative, empathetic, and well-rounded individuals.

Special thanks to the youth who have contributed their talents and to the program sponsorsARTSHINE/Arts4All, St. Mary's High School and Resurrection High School, who help the City of Kitchener make Young Art.
