Kitchener Fire Department: Major incident report – March 13, 2026

This evening, Kitchener Fire (KFD) responded to residential structure fire HollyRidge Cr. in Kitchener.

Six fire trucks were dispatched to the scene. The fire started in the garage with only smoke migrating into the residence. Damage estimates are estimated at up to $150,000. There are no structural concerns.

There are no reported injuries to KFD firefighters or civilians.

The fire is not being treated as suspicious.
