Host a Neighbours Day 2025 concert

Neighbours Day 2025 will celebrate a rich tapestry of music from many genres and cultures, where diversity takes centre stage – from pop, rock, country, jazz, or classical, to celtic, reggae, latin, bhangra, afrobeat, samba, and more! This mix will ensure there's something for everyone, celebrating the rich variety of musical styles from around the world and our diverse community.

100 Neighbours Day hosts are needed!

With 100 pop-up concerts planned, the City invites Kitchener residents to sign up to host a concert on their porch, driveway, or front lawn for their neighbours to enjoy. The resident provides the space and the City provides the musical entertainment! It’s that easy!

Neighbours Day organizers will assign musicians to the concert hosts and performances will be approximately one hour each between 1 and 6 p.m. Concert hosts will be provided with invitations to share with their neighboursand encourage them to join the festivities. Residents may plan additional activities to complement the concerts, such as games, food, and refreshments, or they can simply sit back and enjoy the music and the company of their neighbours.
