City of Kitchener certifies candidates for 2022 Municipal Election

With the close of nomination period on Friday, Aug. 19, today, the City of Kitchener has certified all candidates that are eligible to run for mayor and ward councillor in Kitchener, as well as candidates eligible to run for the Waterloo Region District School Board, Waterloo Catholic District School Board and Conseil Scolaire Catholique MonAvenir in the 2022 Municipal Election on Monday, Oct. 24. The candidates you vote for in the 2022 municipal election will represent you and your family in local government for the next four years.
