Kiwanis Park
Kiwanis Park is home to a lake-like outdoor pool, leash-free dog park, canoe launch and more. It also has a playground, accessible swing seat, athletic fields and beach volleyball courts. Kiwanis Park is open year-round with it's outdoor pool open in the summer.

Hours
Daily park hours: 11:30 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Parking
Free parking is available off Kiwanis Park Drive. There are accessible parking spaces near the entrance to the pool area.
Dog park
Our leash-free dog park is a one kilometre walk from the pool and parking area. You do not need to pay to use the dog park.
Please keep your dog on its leash until you get in the dog park.
Sports
Our athletic fields and beach volleyball courts are available on a first come, first serve basis, or you can book ahead. You must bring your own equipment.

Canoe launch
Bring your canoe to Kiwanis Park and enjoy a trip down the Grand River. You do not need to pay to use our canoe launch.

Sportsfield rules

Sports Field use for permit holders ONLY

Permitted play is only allowed between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m.

Renters may only access the field 15 minutes before start time to set up

Due to the close proximity of residential properties, the use of the following in this park is strictly prohibited:

- Air Horns
- Amplified sound or music
- Public Announcement (PA) systems
- Public urination is prohibited. Porta-potties are available at the sport fields, and volleyball courts from July to August

Pets must be leashed at all times

Shade canopies may only be set up in designated areas next to the gravel parking lot.

The park roadway is a one-way road. Do not drive the wrong way on the road. Follow the directional signage through the park to the exit.

No littering. Please use garbage receptacles located at all parking lots onsite

Rentals
You can rent space at Kiwanis Park and Pool for meetings or events. Rates are per hour and include HST.
- Tim Hortons shelter: $30.77 per hour, including HST
- Beachside shelter: $60.03 per hour, including HST
- volleyball court rental: $30.16 per hour, including HST
- rental guest admission fee into Kiwanis Park is separate
Note that when booked after business hours a three-hour minimum rental is required and additional staff charges will apply.
Depending on the nature of your event other rental costs can include:
- Resound and SOCAN fees
- insurance
- licensing
