Possible City call centre service disruption Wednesday, Dec. 4

The City is modernizing its phone service in its corporate contact centres and wants to advise residents and customers that there may be a short service disruption where we may not be reachable for a few minutes on the phone on Wednesday, Dec. 4. This possible services disruption may impact calls to the City’s corporate contact centre, revenue, and Kitchener Utilities.

If you’re unable to get a hold of the City’s corporate contact centre please email info@kitchener.ca, for revenue email revenuecustomerservice@kitchener.ca, and for non-emergency request for utilities.dispatch@kitchener.ca. In the event of a gas emergency, call 9-1-1.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.
