The race is on in the Region of Waterloo! Candidate nominations for the 2022 Municipal Election closed at 2:00 p.m. on August 19th, 2022. On August 22nd, the area Clerks reviewed and certified all nominations.

The cities and townships will be offering voters a range of voting options. Check your local municipal website to find what options are available to you. Prior to election day on October 24th, advance voting dates have been scheduled in your municipalities, visit www.wrvotes.com to find out more.
