Kitchener offers a free week of programs for older adults (55+)
The City of Kitchener invites residents, ages 55 and older, to try a wide selection of older adult programs for free next week at community centres across the city. Choose from cardio, weights, karate, pole walking, Zumba, line dancing, yoga, meditation, tai chi, acrylic painting, Spanish, computer literacy, and much more.
Join us September 11-16 for free demonstrations of select fall programs. No sign-up is required but space is limited. Opportunity to observe, or take part in classes, is subject to class capacity Drop in for an opportunity to chat with instructors and find the perfect new program for you. Discover a new activity to enjoy, try it out and register for fall classes. For every class you attend, receive a ballot for a chance to win a $50 gift certificate towards a City of Kitchener older adult program.
