Kitchener Fire Department: Major incident report – April 24 (Bramblewood Street)

Kitchener Fire crews responded to a fire at a residential property on Bramblewood Street at 3:30 p.m. on Friday, April 24.   

 

The fire appears to have originated on the exterior of the home. When crews arrived, it had breached into the attic.

The fire is now under control. Two residents were assessed by WREMS on scene, no injuries to firefighters were reported.

 

The fire is not currently deemed suspicious. 

Crews remain on scene to work on hot spots and assist occupants with “after the fire” resources.
