Help us improve city communications

The City of Kitchener offers publications and a variety of sources that help you stay informed about city programs, services, events, and community news. We want to hear how you learn about what’s happening in our city, and how we might improve our methods of outreach.

Never heard of our current publications like Kitchener Life or Active Kitchener? We want to hear from you, too! Tell us where you go to find news and information instead and how you want to hear from us in the future.

Take our survey and enter your name into a draw for one of three $50 ActiveNet credits you can use for any programming at a City of Kitchener facility. Survey closes on August 16, 2021.

Land acknowledgement

The City of Kitchener is situated on the traditional territory of the Chonnonton, Anishinaabeg, and Haudenosaunee Peoples. We recognize our responsibility to act as stewards for the land and honour the original caretakers who came before us. Our community is enriched by the enduring knowledge and deep-rooted traditions of the diverse First Nations, Métis, and Inuit Peoples who live in Kitchener today.
