Eco-friendly holiday market offers unique, local, sustainable gifts

Shop sustainably this holiday season! Join the City of Kitchener, SDG Idea Factory and the Waterloo Region Small Business Centrefor the second annual Eco-Friendly Holiday Market on Tuesday, Dec. 19, from 3 to 8 p.m. at Kitchener City Hall, 200 King St. W., in the Rotunda.

From stocking stuffers to last-minute gift ideas to something special for that someone special, the Eco-Friendly Holiday Market has lots to offer from more than 35 local vendors, each with unique, sustainable products perfect for gift-giving this holiday season.

This market is focused on sustainable consumption and highlights local businesses who align with one or more of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Support local entrepreneurs making an impact on our community and support SDG goal #12 ‘responsible consumption’ by shopping sustainable products.
