City of Kitchener invites Residents to Help Shape Kitchener’s Future
The City of Kitchener is inviting residents to share “what matters most” as work continues on the City’s next Strategic Plan.
Starting this week, City of Kitchener Street Teams will be out in neighbourhoods and community spaces across the city, connecting with residents and gathering feedback.
Residents are encouraged to say hello if they see Kitchener staff pop up in their neighbourhood and take part in a brief conversation. Feedback gathered will help shape priorities that inform the Strategic Plan.

Help shape Kitchener’s future
Feedback collected is part of the City’s Strategic Plan engagement process, which will help guide the City's priorities over the next four years.
Whether you connect with the Street Team in person or participate online, every perspective helps build a city for everyone.
Land acknowledgement
The City of Kitchener is situated on the traditional territory of the Chonnonton, Anishinaabeg, and Haudenosaunee Peoples. We recognize our responsibility to act as stewards for the land and honour the original caretakers who came before us. Our community is enriched by the enduring knowledge and deep-rooted traditions of the diverse First Nations, Métis, and Inuit Peoples who live in Kitchener today.
