Life Made Accessible - Online Event

Life Made Accessible is a virtual series discussing topics about living with a disability. Come listen, ask and learn from local experts, who are people living with a disability, for one (or all five) of our webinars in honor of National AccessAbility Week from June 1 to June 5. Zumba with Lynda – Session 1 and 2

Join Lynda, one of our City of Kitchener instructors, for an online Zumba class! Lynda has taught for the city for 15 years and currently teaches out of the Breithaupt and Downtown Community Centres. Along with being a certified Zumba instructor, she is also canfitpro-certified and enjoys teaching a variety of senior fitness classes. Full Body Workout with Gloria

Join Gloria, one of our City of Kitchener instructors, as she takes us through a full body workout in this online video! Gloria has taught for the city for 4 years and currently teaches out of the Downtown Community Centre. She has been certified as a Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer for 20 years. YGym Virtual Physical Activity for Kids

The YGym, a free healthy community program for young people and families across Canada, is instructed by YMCA certified fitness instructors and features content based on YMCA Canada's Health & Fitness Programs and Canada's Physical Activity Guidelines. YGym is designed for children of varying ages and abilities.
