Before you get started
Do you have a Tax and Utility ebilling portal account?
- Yes: To link your property tax account to MyKitchener, you’ll need your ebilling username and password. Use the instructions below.
- No: You must have a Tax and Utility ebilling portal account to link it to MyKitchener. If you don’t have one, sign up for one before following the instructions below.
Have you confirmed your MyKitchener account?
If you haven’t verified your account, you won’t be able to link your Tax and Utility ebilling account to MyKitchener. If you created your account with an email address, check for a verification email (make sure you check your junk folder as well).
Set up your property tax widget
Before you start, check that you're ready to set up your property tax widget.
Step 1: Click "View more" on the "Property tax" widget |
A one-time authentication is required to link these accounts so that you can view property tax information directly on your MyKitchener portal without having to sign into the e-billing portal separately. |
Step 2: Enter your Tax and Utility ebilling portal username and password |
If you don't have an account, you can sign up for one before continuing. |
Step 3: Click "Link account" |
If you have a Kitchener Utility account in the ebilling portal, your ‘My Utilities’ widget will now be set up as well. |

Before you start, check that you're ready to set up your utilities widget.
