Project overview
We’re transforming in-person service delivery at City Hall by moving eight service counters, located on six floors, to a single place on the main floor, our new Service Centre. For the first time ever, we'll be permanently delivering service to customers just inside the front doors of City Hall. Staff from each of our service teams will be located in the Service Centre each day to provide the same great service you expect in one great new space. Learn more in our staff report to council.
Construction schedule
The project has several phases:
- phase one: 2021 through 2023, planning and approvals
- phase two: fall 2023, construction
- phase three: early 2024, scheduled opening
