Before playing, all golfers must complete a COVID-19 screening questionnaire. For efficiency, we ask that golfers answer these questions before they arrive and have proof of completion available for staff at check-in time. If golfers do not complete ahead of time, they can complete onsite, using their mobile device or verbally with staff.
