Neighbourhood BINGO

Check out our social distancing-friendly Good Neighbour BINGO card. Visit our Facebook page, save the card, mark off the things you’ve done, and then post your filled out card on your Facebook page and tag the City of Kitchener in your photo – and don't forget to use the #GoodNeighbourKitchener hashtag!

Nominate a Good Neighbour

Our city is full of caring residents, businesses and organizations whose acts of kindness, community volunteerism, and neighbourhood pride make a positive impact on their neighbourhood. Do you have a good neighbour? Nominate them so they know their efforts are appreciated! For more information, visit the Good Neighbourhood recognition program page

KW Little Online Library

A good book can provide quiet solitude. It can also bring a community together during challenging times. KW Online Little Library, a grassroots online book-share initiative, was launched by Kitchener resident Jennifer Laurie for anyone looking to trade books. Anyone can submit the book titles they have available and are willing to part with through a Google form or search the library offerings for books and arrange to complete the transaction with a porch pick up or drop off. Learn more about this resident-led initiative on the LoveMyHood Blog or learn how to get involved on the official KW Online Little Library website
