The City of Kitchener, in collaboration with the Waterloo Region Small Business Centre, is hosting a monthly SDG Talks series to explore the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals and how we, as individuals, can help create a more socially and environmentally sustainable planet. Join us this month as we discuss goal three to ensure healthy lives and promote well-being for all ages.

Reenergize and revitalize in 2023! It is difficult to move forward, grow, and thrive when we are still exhausted from the last part of our journey.
