PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO THE CITY OF KITCHENER ZONING BY-LAW
UNDER SECTION 36 OF THE PLANNING ACT
The purpose of the proposed Zoning By-law Amendment to partially remove Holding Provision 71H from the above noted lands as the requirements for removal have been fulfilled.
