NOTICE OF INTENT TO REMOVE HOLDING PROVISIONS
PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO THE CITY OF KITCHENER ZONING BY-LAW
UNDER SECTION 36 OF THE PLANNING ACT

The purpose of the proposed Zoning By-law Amendment is to remove Holding Provisions 83H and 84H from the above noted property, since the requirements for removal have been fulfilled.
