NOTICE OF INTENT TO REMOVE HOLDING PROVISIONS
PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO THE KITCHENER ZONING BY-LAW
UNDER SECTION 36 OF THE PLANNING ACT

The purpose of this Zoning By-law Amendment is to remove Holding Provision 23HSR from the zoning of the above noted lands. This holding provision prohibits residential land use on the property until such time as the City of Kitchener’s Director of Planning is in receipt of a letter from the Director of Engineering Services that the Strasburg Road Trunk Sanitary Sewer and the Strasburg Road Extension to Rockcliffe Drive is completed. The applicant is now requesting removal of this Holding Provision as the road and sanitary sewer works have been completed has been released by the Director of Engineering.
