Kitchener is gearing up for a day of community celebration and support for our first Every Kid Counts Day. Join us on Saturday, May 4 from 12:30 to 5:30 p.m. at Grand River Recreation Complex (600 Heritage Drive) for an afternoon of fun activities including music, swimming, food, and family fun!

Enjoy music by Erick Traplin, treat yourself to a sweet treat from Lady Glaze Doughnuts, a barbeque lunch (while supplies last), crafts and slime booth, $2 public swims, and much more. Please note that registration is required for the swim times at 2 to 3:30 p.m. and 4 to 5:30 p.m. While the event is free, there will be a small cost for the food and public swims.

All event proceeds will directly benefit our Every Kid Counts program ensuring that every child and young person in Kitchener can participate in enriching summer camp experiences.
