Join us at the Kitchener Market this fall for all types of Oktoberfest fun – a fun-filled day with family or a night out!

Harvest Dinner with Chef D

On Friday, Sept. 23, Chef D will be catering a 5-course dining experience on the Kitchener Market piazza! For this dinner, all the ingredients are from your local Kitchener Market farmers and vendors, as fresh and as local as possible to celebrate the harvest season. The menu includes a starter soup, salad, main dish (chicken, pork or vegetarian), cheese plate and dessert.

Join us at 6 p.m. to kick the night off with keg-tapping and Oktoberfest entertainment. Then, grab a refreshing beverage from the Kitchener Market Bar before dinner! Dinner service will begin at 7 p.m.

This dinner costs $75 per person. Registration is required.

Oktoberfest Market Festival

For the first time ever, the Kitchener Market is hosting an Oktoberfest Market Festival with food experiences, a beer garden, live entertainment, kids’ activities, games, and more. Join us on Saturday, Sept. 24, between 7 a.m. and 8 p.m. on the piazza and inside the Market!

Market Food Hall vendors will be serving up a special Oktoberfest menu item from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. Look out for their special menu signs on the day.

There will be lots of fall fun for the kids too! Don't miss the performance and lesson from the Schwaben Kindergruppe, and join Erick Traplin tap the inaugural Root Beer Keg!

Between 2 and 8 p.m., head out to the piazza to pick up some food from one of the pop-up food vendors; Meals Without Madness, Chef D, Meatatian, or Chef Zerka from The Pulao Girls. The beer garden will feature local breweries, each ready to offer you a taste of KW’s finest beer! Drink tickets will be available for purchase on-site, starting at 11 a.m. The breweries include Abe Erb, Short Finger Brewing, and TWB.
