The City of Kitchener is gathering community input on public engagement and participation as part of its community engagement review called A Seat at the Table. Join us at one of our feedback fairs to share your thoughts and ideas about how the city engages with residents on issues that matter and in city decision-making.
What is a feedback fair?
Our feedback fairs will be fun, interactive drop-in events, open to all ages, held in several Kitchener neighbourhoods. Residents are invited to share their thoughts and ideas by visiting four interactive stations. There is no registration required, just pop-in and let's talk. Stay for a free snack and refreshment. Keep the kids busy at our colouring station and enter a draw for a $100 Kitchener Market gift basket. Read the contest rules.

In partnership with the Municipal Newcomer Strategy
As part of the City’s 2023–2026 strategic priority, Fostering a Caring City Together, we’ve committed to enhancing the city’s public engagement practices. In alignment with this goal, our team is working to modernize how we engage community members—ensuring a consistent, coordinated, and high-quality approach that reflects both current realities and the diverse needs of Kitchener residents.
If you are not able to join us, but would like to share your thoughts and ideas, there are engaging, interactive activities online at www.kitchener.ca/atthetable/online that you can take part in until June 30, 2025.
