The Mill Courtland community has been enjoying programs and activities at Mill Courtland Community Centre since 1986.

Located at 216 Mill St., the centre features a small, single gymnasium and two program rooms.

The Mill-Courtland neighbourhood association, Highland-Stirling community group and Cedar Hill community group run their programs at our centre.


  • Children's programs including: preschool, parent and tot, parenting puzzle, parent on the go, ballet, hip hop, Irish dance, judo, youth basketball, just4me, mixed mediums, girls running group, soccer, make it yourself in the kitchen, Lego, youth group, and guitar club.
  • Adult programs including: pilates, yoga, gentle fitness, walking group, judo, wobbel yoga, zumba, pound, sewing, knitting, book club, support groups and parenting programs, cooking classes and card groups.
  • Improv Nights, Halloween Party, Family Breakfast with Santa, and Garage Sale.
  • Coffee house (September - June)

Improv Nights, second Friday of every month

  • Join us for on the spot talent and enjoy a night out with friends.
  • Starts at 7 p.m., $2/person
  • Ages 12+

Family Breakfast with Santa, Dec. 7, 10 a.m. to noon

  • Enjoy a delicious breakfast, create a holiday craft, and visit with Santa. Registration required.
  • $5/person (children under 1 are free)

Registration Information

  • Winter program registration begins on Tuesday, Nov. 19 at 9 a.m.
  • Registration is on a first-come basis. All programs have limited space and are subject to change in date, time, fee and location. Please note, we are not set up for online program registration through ACTIVE Net.
