Centreville Chicopee Community Centre, located at 141 Morgan Ave., has been providing valued programs and activities to the surrounding community since 1979.

The centre features a single gymnasium and two meeting rooms; the building is fully accessible. We're within walking distance of public transit; visit Grand River Transit for route information and schedules. And, our facilities can be rented for your next special event or meeting.

City of Kitchener PD Day Camps - Ages 8-12

Centreville Chicopee Community Centre is excited to provide half day (1pm-4pm) PD Day Camps on April 3 and May 29. Please register via ActiveNet with the code 47648 or call a community centre to register over the phone. 

City of Kitchener Holiday Monday Camp - Ages 8-12

Join us for fun games and activities provided by trained and First Aid certified camp staff! This camp will be running for a half day (1pm-4pm) on Monday, April 13, 2020. Register via ActiveNet with the code 47649 or call a community centre to register over the phone.

 Easter Eggstravaganza - April 8, 2020

Join us for some egg decorating, crafts and other fun Easter activities! This is a free program with limited space. Please visit the Centreville Chicopee Community Centre to sign up. 


News

Winter is upon us! In case of inclement weather, please follow the local school closures. If local schools are closed due to weather conditions, all Centreville Chicopee Community Association programs will be cancelled. Listen to local radio stations, City of Kitchener website and CCCA social media for weather closure updates. 

 

For all programs run at Chicopee Hills Public School, please follow the news for any school closures that may affect the access to the school facility. If you have any questions, please contact us at the centre.

Spring registration begins Feb. 25, 2020

Rentals

Conveniently located near the expressway and Highway 401, the centre offers two meeting rooms and a gymnasium - making our building the perfect place to host weekend meetings, or special events, such as children's birthday parties, baby showers and wedding receptions.

Centreville Chicopee Community Centre is open for the following hours in the summer:

  • Monday - 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Tuesday - 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Wednesday - 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Thursday - 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Friday - 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Saturday - 9 a.m. to noon

Centreville Chicopee Community Centre is open for the following hours starting September 9th:

  • Monday - 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.
  • Tuesday - 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.
  • Wednesday - 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.
  • Thursday - 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.
  • Friday - 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
  • Saturday - 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Washrooms available only during business hours.
