Where do I vote?


Advanced voting 

During the operating hours of advanced polls, October 10-13, you may vote at any of the five locations listed below:

  • City hall;
  • Country Hills Community Centre;
  • Forest Heights Community Centre;
  • Sportsworld Arena; or,
  • Stanley Park Community Centre.

Operating hours of advanced polls:

  • Wednesday, Oct. 10: 2-8 p.m.
  • Thursday, Oct. 11: 2-8 p.m.
  • Friday, Oct. 12: 2-8 p.m.
  • Saturday, Oct. 13: 10 a.m.-2 p.m.

Voting locations by ward

There are 61 voting locations in Kitchener on Election Day, Monday, Oct. 22, plus locations at 16 institutions, such as nursing homes, long-term care facilities, hospitals and life-lease properties, for those who live there. You must vote at your designated voting location on Election Day.

Getting to the polls 

There will be limited parking at our polling locations, such as community centres and schools, especially during school hours. Electors are encouraged to use other means of transportation like walking, cycling, carpooling, and public transportation when travelling to and from their designated voting location.
