A portion of the Victoria Street Secondary Plan is proposed to become part of the Victoria Park Secondary Plan and the remaining part of the Victoria Street Secondary Plan will become part of the parent Official Plan.

The proposed Official Plan and Zoning By-law changes (including updated land use maps and policies, permitted uses and associated regulations) as well as urban design guidelines are now available for review and input. All background information including technical considerations (i.e. cultural heritage review), open house materials, highlights of process, summary of input and staff response are contained in an background information appendix document.  If you have any questions or require further clarification regarding the proposed land use designation and zoning of your property please email
