Support for community organizations
An Emergency Community Support Fund from the government of Canada is committing 2.3 million dollars to improve the ability of community organziations to serve vulnerable communities during COVID-19 in Waterloo Region. Community-based groups will be able to apply for funding to support activities that address a pressing social inclusion, or needs of well-being caused by COVID-19.
