WATER DISRUPTION UPDATE: There was a large watermain break on April 25, located on Charles Street, the break has been isolated and staff are continuing to work on repairing the watermain. 
You may notice discolouration or sediment (iron & manganese) in your water. To eliminate discoloured water turn on a cold tap  closest to your water meter and let it flush for several minutes until it runs clear before you drink it. We have worked with the Region of Waterloo...
